Our own guides

We sell our own printable guides. The PDF guide itself has no affiliate links in it: buying it supports ShiftFed directly, and nothing inside it earns us a commission from anywhere else.

What we will not promote

We will not take payment to promote medicines, supplements or anything that makes health claims. Health information on ShiftFed is general, and for UK readers we point to NHS sources.
